Bond Recruitment is currently recruiting for a sales support admin to join an energetic telecommunications company,

We're continuing to grow and expand our customer base, retaining and winning ever more prestigious new contracts all the time. At the heart of this success has been our Sales Support team.

Your role as Sales Support Manager will primarily be to work collaboratively with the wider Sales and Account Management teams, as well as Commercial and Legal, to produce - often to tight timescales - and own all tender, bid and other key Sales documentation. You will also manage all Sales Support team performance reporting on forecast and pipeline

This is a busy role with demanding SLA's and internal customers. You need to be strong-willed, resilient, and able to adapt and refocus quickly. We're incredibly energetic, move at pace and priorities can change

The role and responsibilities:
• úProduce accurate, complete and consistent tenders, bids, proposals and other customer documents from start to end, on time and in line with companybrand guidelines.
• Produce weekly CRM and Excel reports detailing forecast and closed deals, ensuring all opportunities are current
• Produce monthly reports for the company Sales teams and EMT showing Sales Support performance against target, forecast and pipeline
• Be aware of and understand sales deals in their entirety from start to finish
• Monitor CRM, ensuring data accuracy and input by sales teams prior to month end, providing advice and training on CRM to the sales teams as required
• Collate all PCS documents from sales personnel and ensure sign off prior to proposal release
• File all sales documentation online and build on existing Bid Wiki folder
• Ensure compliance with all security, safety, health and environmental responses and requirements

Key Challenges in Role
• Ensuring adherence to company brand guidelines
• Producing consistently high quality documentation
• Educating sales personnel with the Olive brand
• Liaising across the company, at all levels, to obtain information within given deadlines
• Meeting or exceeding all document submission deadline dates
• Ensuring report completion within required deadlines

Additional Information
œ23,000 - œ25,000 pa plus benefits that include a generous holiday entitlement, training and pension and Opportunity to earn discretionary, non-contractual bonuses totaling 10% of salary per annum, paid quarterly.

• Disciplined work approach, with a strong work ethic
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Proven ability to prioritise in a busy environment, always meeting deadlines
• Strong communication skills, able to communicate in a friendly, helpful, positive, persuasive and firm manner at all levels of the business and externally
• Working knowledge of Microsoft packages (excel, word and power point)
